Tell your companion what matters to you. It will help you choose across six life categories and suggest a realistic schedule based on your honest capacity — not your ideal self.

Each day, tell your companion what you did — the full thing, the bare minimum, or a rest day. It responds with a short, personal observation. The whole thing takes a few seconds.

Your companion evolves, badges unlock, and your intentional actions add up — one honest day at a time. There's nothing to lose and no way to fall behind.

Common questions

Most habit apps punish you for missing a day. Your streak breaks, your progress resets, and suddenly the thing that was supposed to help you makes you feel worse. We don't do that. Here, progress only accumulates — it never goes backwards. There are no streaks. No guilt. Just you, moving forward at whatever speed feels right.
Any conscious choice you make when checking in. "I did the full habit," "I did the minimum," or "Rest today" — all three count equally as one intentional action. You showed up and made a choice. That's what matters.
Never. Not after a day, not after a week, not after three months. Everything you've built stays exactly where you left it. When you come back, you just keep going. No starting over. No reset button. That's the whole point.
Your companion grows every time you make an intentional action. Full completions and minimums count the same — both move your companion forward equally. Rest days carry a little less weight, but they still count. Your companion never shrinks, never goes backwards. Every choice you make adds up.
"I did the full habit" means you completed it as you defined it. "I did the minimum" is the smallest version you set when creating the habit — the gentlest possible version that still counts. "Rest today" means you're consciously choosing to take a break. All three are valid. All three matter.
That depends on the style you chose during setup. With Guided, your companion responds personally after every check-in with a quiet, personal observation — and the longer you use the app, the better it understands your patterns, your struggles, and what kind of support works for you. With Steady, your companion helps you set up habits and cheers you on quietly — you're in the driver's seat. You can change this anytime in Settings.
Yes. Go to Settings and you can switch between Guided and Steady whenever you want. There's no wrong choice — just whatever feels right for where you are right now.
Yes. Go to your Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes everything. It cannot be undone.
No. Please don't. Come back, open the app, and keep going. Your companion is still there. Your history is still there. The fact that you came back at all is an intentional action in itself. Starting over is what other apps make you feel like you need to do. Here, you just continue.
